Full Job Description

We are looking for a Test Lead to join our IT Team here at Harrods. You will work alongside our DevOps focused Agile delivery function, facilitating the seamless deployment of new platforms, driving continuous enhancements, and overseeing development initiatives., The Test Lead role will involve supporting the maturity of the test process within a Dev Ops delivery team, leading a small team of QA testers by coordinating the testing efforts to identify, resolve issues to accelerate product time to market.

You will also;

Contribute and support test automation frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency and coverage, especially for repetitive or regression testing
Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and any testing-related processes and procedures.
Provide communications and prepare test summary prior to deployment/releases.
Lead a team of QA Analysts, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring that testing efforts are aligned with project timelines and objectives.

The Test Lead will have previous experience as a Manual tester or team lid within the Retail or E-Commerce space. You will also have previous experience in both API testing and with automation testing and the supporting tools.

You will also have the following;

Experience working with consumer-facing websites and mobile apps, ideally in a retail, travel or equivalent environment
Experience with popular test management tools, such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA
Excellent communication skills, be adaptable with the changing needs of the project, and be able to identify risks to quality or timelines.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
