At Pets at Home, we're seeking a Test Manager to ensure the seamless execution of testing activities across our change portfolio., As a Test Manager, you'll define test strategies, coordinate testing efforts, manage defect resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire. Key Responsibilities will include;

• Developing and managing test strategies, plans and execution across projects
• Coordinating testing across multiple workstreams and interdependencies
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define risk-based testing approaches and quality standards
• Leading defect management, ensuring timely resolution and retesting
