Full Job Description

The Test Manager is responsible for the overseeing testing process through the Software Delivery Life Cycle. The role involves co-ordinating with Project Management Team and various Stakeholders to ensure that software applications meet the required quality standard. The Test Manager will lead in creating the Testing Framework and implement a test governance process. The test manager will also lead in test planning, execution and defect resolution ensuring timely delivery of the project.

5+ years experience in software testing, with a focus on test management and issue tracking.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Solid understanding of software testing best practices, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing

Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Katalon, etc.)

Certifications: ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing
