Full Job Description

We are now seeking to recruit a Planning Coordinator to aid the Tom Howley Planning team by providing administrative support to allow effective planning of fits and associated remedials. Main Aspects of the Role include :

  • To liaise with the factory and colleagues regarding fitting dates;
  • Sending schedules to painters and fitters;
  • Chase surveys and associated paperwork;
  • Support preparation of monthly reports;
  • Process invoices for fitters and painters;
  • Update clients records in relation to remedial work;
  • Provide support to Client Services.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Confident telephone manner;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritise;
  • IT literate;
  • Well organised;
  • Ability to think outside the box ;
  • Experience in the furniture industry would be advantageous but not essential.
