Thai Chef

Our award-winning Thai restaurant is well renowned for our modern Asian

cuisine featuring originality and provenance; coupled with our excellent

service. The Thai kitchen is a fast paced and busy environment, responsible for

serving outstanding traditional and modern Thai dishes. In this role you will

be :

Working closely with our Head Chef to deliver the highest standard

of service and food

Ensuring that the kitchen team is legally compliant, meeting the

highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Maintaining good levels of organisation and prep levels appropriate

to service

• Responsibility for your own sections


• Following recipe and presentation requirements with outstanding


knowledge of our ingredients and menu specifications; delivering

Individuals with 2 years or more relevant experience in a

similar position of at least equivalent status to a Chef position

• Self-motivated professionals with excellent attention to detail


• Real passion for cooking seasonal ingredients and exceptional Asian


cuisine

• Ability to work under intense pressure


• Previous experience is essential

The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is an extravagant boutique hotel comprising 48 elaborately designed bedrooms, renowned English and Thai restaurants, award winning cocktail bar, unique private dining rooms, Moroccan lounge and terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.
