Theatre Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Theatre and Mediroom administration team at North Bristol Trust as a Theatre administrator to cover Maternity leave for 1 year. The post holder will work as part of the Theatres and Medirooms admin team to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Theatre Management team and Clinical Coordinators within theatres.Main duties of the job The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the theatre management team and clinical coordinators within Theatres and Medirooms . The role will include:

• To manage annual leave/study leave/sickness for all staff working in Theatres and Medirooms through the E-Rostering computer system Entering data onto a range of study databases
• Maintaining and managing the administration of the theatre schedule.
• To attend meetings to take minutes, involvement with room booking and the distribution of agendas/minutes and reports.
• To work effectively with your team and Trust colleagues to create a unified service.
