Full Job Description
- Due to government threshold guidelines the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship for this role
- As a member of a multi-disciplinary Theatre team, you will participate in planning, delivering and evaluating the highest possible level of peri-operative care to patients, contributing to overall effectiveness of the department.
- Working within the team, to support the patient comfort, dignity and always having special regard to issues of patient confidentiality
- To carry out care, delegated from professionally qualified staff, requiring a wide technical ability, numeracy, and accuracy as well as a significant level of interpersonal skills.
- Following training, assist the qualified staff in circulating for the surgical procedures.
- Collection of blood and blood products from blood bank and assisting with use of blood gas machine after undertaking the training.
