Theatre Receptionist

Theatres at County consists of a suite of 7 theatres, a modular unit and an ambulatory unit which cover many different specialities.
We have a post available for a Theatre receptionist and are looking to recruit individuals with passion and vision. Are you the motivated, enthusiastic, energetic person we are looking for?
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, greeting all who come through the doors., You will be responsible for ensuring patients, visitors and staff are correctly received and directed into the department.
The role will also include filing records, answering the phone, relaying information and general administration., 1. All correspondence will be sent to you via the email address you applied from. Please ensure you check your emails regularly.

Previous experience as a Receptionist with a working knowledge of a hospital environment would be desirable.
If you have previous experience and IT skills, we would like to hear from you. Good communication and time management skills are essential.
