This critical role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment., About the Role:As a Theatre Scheduler, you will:

  • Book patients into theatres efficiently, ensuring timely surgical interventions.
  • Liaise professionally with patients via telephone, providing essential information and support.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, medical staff, and administrative teams to maintain effective scheduling and coordination.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with patients, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support within a healthcare setting.
