Full Job Description

The postholder will be responsible for the operational management and the effective and efficient delivery of Theatres including managing comms and meetings for estates infrastructure, utilization and productivity, overall governance of theatre booking including 6-4-2 whilst managing and maintaining the existing Theatre Improvement Programme.

An exciting opportunity to join the Theatres team at Ashford & St Peters. You will have the opportunity to be part of the brand new Elective Centre at Ashford Hospital operationalising and managing the theatre footprint across both sites. Working for the GSACT division, you will be part of a innovative and high performing division that is ACSA accredited and one of the biggest Bariatric services in the country. The division has had great success in HIT lists and Super Clinics. The Urology service have recently started using Aquablation as a extension to our existing Robotic Strategy., Ashford and St. Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust serves a population of more than 410,000 people living in North-West Surrey, parts of Hounslow and beyond.
