Exciting opportunities to work in our new Milton Keynes Radiotherapy Satellite Centre!, Work as a member of the team of Radiographers covering all sections of the department including mould room, CT scanning, virtual simulation and contouring, delivery of a wide range of both simple and complex treatment and IGRT techniques
Liaising with the multidisciplinary team.
Assist with the day-to-day organisation of a treatment unit to ensure an efficient service is delivered and workload targets are achieved.
Supervise, support & teach junior members of staff and students.

We are looking to recruit experienced, enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly motivated Band 5 Therapeutic Radiographers to join our friendly and welcoming professional team at the OUH Radiotherapy Centre @ Milton Keynes, a satellite of the Oxford Cancer Centre.
This purpose-built satellite unit in Milton Keynes opens in October 2024 housing a Varian TrueBeam linac with a 6DoF couch, RGSC & IDENTIFY as well as a GoSim Radiotherapy CT scanner with in-room mould room facilities, all networked by ARIA with the Centre in Oxford. This satellite is an extension and expansion of the radiotherapy service at the Oxford Cancer Centre & existing satellite centre in Swindon. It has its own clinic rooms, treatment planning suite, meeting rooms and good staff facilities in the satellite itself. It is located on the Milton Keynes University Hospital site where there is already a comprehensive oncology service. Clinical Oncologists from Oxford, who cover all the of the major tumour types, hold outreach clinics in Milton Keynes across the week., Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country. It provides a wide range of general and specialist clinical services and is a base for medical education, training and research.
