We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Therapy Assistant, on a 12 month fixed term contract, to help support the provision of a rehabilitation service at Pinetum Nursing Home, based on the Countess of Chester Health Park. Whilst this job is being advertised to specially cover Pinetum, you will be part of the wider Inpatient Frailty team, and as such, dependent on the needs of the service, you will need to be flexible to work across all frailty services, this includes our Intermediate Care facilities elsewhere.,
