Full Job Description

As a Therapy Assistant Practitioner, you will:
+ Undertake assessments and treatments for non-complex orthopaedic patients, carrying your own caseload under supervision.
+ Devise and implement treatment programmes, enabling patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
+ Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support timely patient discharge.
+ Conduct home visits to assess discharge needs and provide necessary equipment.
+ Mentor and train Band 2 and 3 therapy assistants and support therapy students.
+ Participate in the provision of 7-day therapy services as required.
