The Role:
Can you rise to the challenge that every day is different?
We are a growing Service which provides Therapy services to Hampshire's children, educational settings and professionals. We need robust business systems, so we can ensure that we are offering effective services, making efficient use of resources, meeting statutory demands and fulfilling our traded work. We need to frequently monitor and report on our resources and performance and use data to closely monitor often fluctuating capacity and demand. A large part of our work involves responding to commissioned requests and traded services.
To be successful in the role, you need to have expertise and experience in managing business processes, including collaborating with others to provide robust data and financial/resource/people management. You will also have experience of managing others and delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely completion. You will enjoy working as part of a team and can support others in developing skills to manage small budgets. You need to be highly proficient in using Excel and other information analysis tools and be able to develop ways of collecting and reporting on data which fits with service need. You will have an eye for detail, so that you can quickly spot errors in numerical information when reviewing. You will also thrive in a fast-paced, often fluctuating environment and can be flexible to meet the frequently changing needs of the Service. You will enjoy working with others, sharing your expertise and supporting them to engage with local financial management where needed. In addition,
you are an effective communicator and able to explain technical information clearly to those with varied levels of technical knowledge.
