Therapy Support Worker

As a Therapy Support Worker you will support the physiotherapy and occupational therapy team in the planning and delivery of a range of holistic interventions and self-management programmes, which will support the rehabilitative care given to patients with a palliative diagnosis. You will also assist in evaluating progress against set outcome measures and collaborative patient goals while also monitoring patient progress, making sure to inform therapists if there are any changes observed or concerns regarding safety and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will receive day-to-day managerial and professional support from a team of experienced Palliative Care Therapists., Please see job description and person specification attached to the job advertisement. This will provide full information of the main duties of the role.
