Working as part of an integrated therapy team this role involves working with a range of problems and conditions in an acute hospital environment. There will be some administrative tasks as part of the role., the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. When working in an inpatient setting, Therapy Technicians will contribute to a Saturday service (one Saturday every 4 weeks, with a compensatory day off in the week) and a bank holiday service (2 bank holidays per year). A flexible approach to working is therefore essential.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, experience of working as part of a team, and great time management skills. Previous experience of working within the NHS or a rehabilitation setting would be of an advantage.
