Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Third-Party Relationship Administrator in our Retail business, to support and oversee the relationship management of commercial partners, including outsourcers and suppliers. In this role, you will provide administrator support within the Third Party Relationship Management team and have regular opportunities to interact directly with our third parties. Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to relationship managers on all relationships managed in the team.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions between Just and its commercial partners are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Work with relationship managers to ensure that risks to Just and its commercial partners are identified, and appropriate risk mitigation actions and controls are put in place.
- Work with internal and external Relationship Managers to ensure that change requirements driven by our commercial partners or Just are documented and approved.
- Produce management information as required on third party relationship performance and risk.
- Act as primary point of contact between commercial partners and Just Retail stakeholders when required.
- Responsible for arranging, co-ordinating and minute taking for meetings held with our commercial partners, including monthly Service Review meetings, quarterly Joint Management and other internal and external ad-hoc service meetings.
- Reconcile monthly commercial partner invoices and ensure that payments are made in accordance with contractual terms, challenging costs when required.
Previous administration experience within UK financial services - essential - Experience of providing a high level of customer service, both to internal and external customers
- Proven planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage projects and a diverse workload.
- Ability to manage own workloads, oversee the work of others, and prioritise a number of different tasks based on business volumes and priorities.
- Self-motivated, used to working with light guidance and able to balance a varied and challenging workload.
- Highly organised and accurate attention to detail.
- Good negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to work with external and internal stakeholders to drive projects through to conclusion.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills - with the ability to communicate at all organisational levels.
- Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Awareness of supplier contract management is desirable but not essential.
