Full Job Description
- As the main point of contact for clients day to day, you'll be responsible for ensuring that workflows are maintained and KPIs are on track
- Working closely with TWN's MD and PR Director to understand your assigned clients PR and comms needs you'll contribute to the development of compelling PR programs that achieve their goals
- You'll be responsible for proactively pitching your clients to key fashion/lifestyle/sustainability editors, freelance writers and stylists to secure consistent quality, targeted coverage
- TWN has an outstanding reputation for our VIP and influencer capabilities - we are looking for someone who will excel in this aspect of the role - able to instinctively navigate the world of creative arts and pop culture, identifying tastemakers / influencers, stylists, writers and industry leaders as appropriate for our clients
- Lead preparation for client meetings ensuring actions are up to date
- Write press releases and pitches as needed
- With support of wider team, compile and distribute monthly client reports
- Attend, help organise and manage client events as part of wider team, as required
- Contribute to team ideation sessions
- Oversee and mentor junior team members contributing to their development through demonstration of your own best practice
- Attend industry events and parties to grow your network
- Support with new business pitches
- New business commission paid for any leads you help generate
TWN is looking for an ambitious, well-rounded and jovial Account Manager/Senior Account Manager who enjoys getting involved in all aspects of the communications mix., Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong media and stylist contacts in womenswear
- Have an always-on antennae to identify opportunities and a proactive attitude to building your network of new writers, stylists, tastemakers and industry leaders that will benefit clients and the agency
- Be highly organised, able to work to deadlines, work well under pressure and be responsive the changing priorities as can happen in a busy press office environment
- Able to demonstrate excellent creative and critical thinking
- Interested in sustainability and responsible fashion
- Strong work ethic, and happy to 'muck in' when needed
- Able to take ownership of specific projects without supervision
- Experienced in using Outlook, Canva and Google Suite Experience: The successful individual will have a minimum of four years experience working in a busy PR office across multiple brands with specific experience and strong contacts in womenswear, although the flexibility to also work across unisex brands and menswear too is an advantage.
