Full Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming healthcare services and improving patient outcomes? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with NHS Trusts and ICBs. In this role you will identify new leads, design tailored pathways to meet client requirements, and drive top-line sales growth through strategic service development and exceptional client relationship management.

You'll collaborate closely with the wider Acacium group Business development teams to ensure a unified approach to pipeline and new business opportunities. You'll lead relationship building with key clinical and operational colleagues, navigate formal procurement processes, and present best-in-class propositions. Everyday you will...

  • Be responsible for ensuring Xyla is market-leading on the quality of our proposition

  • Generate and deliver leads for both new and existing customers, for new and existing service types

  • Ensure we are in a constant communication loop with existing clients, and actively expand our relationship and commercial footprint within the organisation and wider Integrated care systems

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-standing relationships and partnerships, to grow the business

  • Ensure contract retention rates remain industry leading, and we become to go to outsourced clinical services provider for all clients that work with us

  • Work with customers to define business requirements and effective solutions

    A strong background in sales and business development

  • Experience working in the public or private sector healthcare market

  • A proven track record in driving performance and meeting targets
