Your primary responsibility is to deliver full 360 recruitment services profitably while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Every day you will…

  • Implement the candidate strategy specific to your assigned specialism and geographical area, including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding candidates.

  • Provide outstanding Customer Service by understanding role requirements and ensuring a perfect match with candidates.

  • Promote our services to clients, targeting new, lapsed, and current clients through cold-calls, spec calls, and networking to secure vacancies and make placements in line with specified targets.

  • Account manage clients to build strong relationships, generating repeat and exclusive business opportunities.

    Previous sales/recruitment experience.

  • Target-driven experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrable record of resilience and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • High levels of interpersonal skills for rapport and relationship building.
