Full Job Description
- Manage the execution of a content plan that delivers the attraction, retention, and experience strategies for multiple brands, channels, and audiences, ensuring the right content is delivered to the right people at the right time.
- Develop engaging content ideas for various channels including social, email, web, and print, that supports the business' marketing strategy.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to brief and manage the production of written copy and visual content, including static and animated design assets, and videos.
- Work with our digital marketing team to understand how content is performing and continually adapt and optimise messaging to drive better engagement.
- Ensure all content is on-brand at an Acacium Group and individual brand level, in terms of tone, look, and feel.
- Work closely with all of our internal brands and utilise their individual themes to communicate brand stories and compel a wider audience
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns across multiple brands
A track record in content development, with strong written and creative ideation skills
A good understanding of audience journeys, and how to use multiple channels to reach and engage with a variety of audiences
Experience working in cross-functional environments, either across different brands or managing multiple priorities
Previous experience in copywriting, marketing, and developing digital content
