Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bank Business Partner, where you will work collaboratively with our various healthcare clients. In this role you will be a point of escalation on site for all clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a consistent service delivery. This will include resolving queries and looking to improve the bank fill rate, minimising the use of agency.   • Mange the team on site and work in partnership with recruitment, delivery, compliance, complaints and business support to ensure an effective service and ability to resolve all day to day queries
  • Be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, building trust in Bank Partners
  • Look at all ways to improve the bank fill rate and reduce the reliance on agency

    Do you have excellent stakeholder management skills?, Previous client management or recruitment experience
  • Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Ability to report on and analyse data
