Vendors Teamtailor Talent · London · Hybrid Remote, We are seeking a dedicated People and Culture Advisor to join our Team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employee experience and supporting key HR processes. As our People and Culture function is still in its early years, this is an exciting time to join us on our HR journey, with significant opportunities to shape and implement processes, drive best practices, and make a lasting impact on the business. What you will be doing:

  • Be a Joseph Joseph advocate for a positive employee journey, continuously seeking ways to enhance the overall internal experience through thoughtful engagement, recognition programs, and proactive support
  • Work in partnership with the Talent Partner in managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from offer acceptance to induction. Support by making process improvements as required
  • Act as a trusted partner to our employees, offering guidance and support to ensure that every team member feels valued, heard, and cared for throughout their time with us
  • Proactively suggest, create, and drive business projects and processes that enhance company culture, improve the overall employee experience, and increase operational efficiency
  • Champion employee voice, collaborating closely with individuals and senior stakeholders, using their insights to drive meaningful change and positively influence the business
  • HR admin:
  • Own the internal HR inbox. Manage and resolve HR queries in a timely manner, escalating where necessary
  • Manage HR admin, handle contracts, internal changes and maintain accurate records
  • Support the Head of People and Culture with updating payroll information each month
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including advertising roles, talent pipelining, and maintaining social media platforms.

    Experience in HR and recruitment within a professional working environment: You have a genuine enthusiasm for HR and recruitment, particularly in a dynamic business setting.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a growing SME or fast-paced environment would be highly beneficial
  • A skilled communicator who can effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels, from individual contributors to senior stakeholders, across various functions and regions.
  • An attention to detail which ensures accuracy in all aspects of HR administration and communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint: You have strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating presentations and reports using PowerPoint
  • Ideally, you have completed or are currently working towards your CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), demonstrating a solid foundation of HR knowledge.
  • Whilst not essential, a degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Management, or Organisational Development would be an advantage.
