  • Handle all telephone and online queries from NHS workers promptly and supportively. From payroll to timesheet enquiries, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships.
  • Utilise customer support systems efficiently to resolve incoming queries effectively, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities.
  • Collaborate with the broader teams to enhance and evolve the our function, aligning with client, business, and regulatory needs for continuous improvement.

    Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Experience with telephone systems and be confident handling numbers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
