Full Job Description

  • Engage with candidates by proactively reaching out to check their availability, identify suitable candidates for priority shifts and encourage them to update their future availability.
  • Keep an up to date understanding of candidates' skills and experience as well as the expectations of management within the trusts.
  • Collaborate with your Team Leader and Bank Business partners to gain insights and updates on priority areas, driving activity as needed.
  • Address and resolve candidate queries promptly and efficiently
  • Successfully drive booking activity, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve targets

    Previous experience in customer service or call handling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with MS Office packages
