Vendors Teamtailor New Business · Bideford, As our Property Recruitment Manager, you will be directly responsible for the Property Recruitment Team to drive the conversion of enquiries (inbound and outbound) to appointments along with the day-to-day operational duties of managing a successful sales team. As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following:
- Ensuring leads are continuously optimised with appropriate SLAs in place to drive and increase conversion
- Managing a team within Property Recruitment Team with the responsibility for their targets, KPIs, SLAs and team objectives
- Reviewing data to ensure the right quality of leads/appointments are fed through
- Working with one of the PRT to support on training and people development
- Identify new opportunities to improve efficiencies through process and system changes
- Demonstrate inclusive behaviours and leadership consistent with Travel Chapter's values
- Provide organisational, planning and management support to the Head Of Inside Sales
- Work closely with other managers within the team to ensure all procedures and processes are up to date and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure all SLAs are met within the PRT and review regularly to see where improvements can be made
- Take initiative to support inbound enquiries delivering a continuous pipeline of qualified leads, including self-generation of leads through var
Proven experience delivering sales growth through the implementation of best practice processes and training - Working knowledge of at least one of the following Power BI / Pricing Calculator / Salesforce / AWS
- Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking with attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Results driven and motivated to work to hit and exceed targets
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in problem solving and initiative to learn new skills
