Vendors Teamtailor Managed Services · Rock, As our Head of Property Management, you will be the visionary leader of our Property Management department, working towards providing a guest-focused property management service. As part of this exciting role, you're likely to be involved in the following:

  • Managing and developing the Property Management department, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing regular performance feedback to the team
  • Setting the course for the company's mission to provide the highest service level for our owner base
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance requirements across the portfolio and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Coordinating and steering the activities of various suppliers such as cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners and service engineers
  • Liaising effectively with guests to ensure a stellar guest experience
  • Overseeing property changeovers, facilitating prompt repairs when necessary, and swiftly resolving guest and owner queries or problems
  • Working closely with the Owner Relationship Manager to review properties and provide recommendations to maximise rental value
  • Producing and managing the annual budget for the department

    Candidates with previous leadership experience and track record in managing a motivated team
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a flair for empathy and customer service
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A full clean driver's licence and vehicle (role involves travel to and from our properties)
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and handles situations with a calm, positive, and proactive attitude
