Full Job Description
As a Contract coordinator you will play a crucial role in the broader division by managing bookings for service user assessments. This involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders and various internal and external professionals within the mental health and neurodiversity service lines. This fast-paced role emphasises delivering operational KPIs in accordance with service agreements. Our mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. - Coordinate reviews and/or assessments, as well as multi-disciplinary team meetings to set KPIs and ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Act as a central point of contact for the department, liaising with our clinical teams, ICBs, educational settings, as well as service users and their families.
- Share updates and acting as the link between services and service users.
- Establish and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Identify ways to improve processes and service delivery.
Experience working in a contact centre or customer service environment. - Proven experience working towards KPIs/targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good IT and system skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage challenging situations.
