Starting as a solo adventure, this role will grow alongside the service. As demand soars, you'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to ensure seamless operations every step of the way. As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following:
- Planning, and coordinating deployment to deliver top-tier services
- Elevating your team's performance through regular training, constructive feedback, and annual appraisals.
- Designing smart work schedules, managing holidays, and tackling logistical challenges during busy periods.
- Handling escalated feedback or complaints with professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Building and nurturing a network of dependable housekeeping and property maintenance partners.
- Supporting the recruitment and retention of both new and existing properties.
- Conducting regular property inspections and offering actionable insights to homeowners.
- Producing insightful reports on Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement.
