As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following:

  • Planning, and coordinating deployment to deliver top-tier services
  • Elevating your team's performance through regular training, constructive feedback, and annual appraisals.
  • Designing smart work schedules, managing holidays, and tackling logistical challenges during busy periods.
  • Handling escalated feedback or complaints with professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Building and nurturing a network of dependable housekeeping and property maintenance partners.
  • Supporting the recruitment and retention of both new and existing properties.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and offering actionable insights to homeowners.
  • Producing insightful reports on Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement.
