Full Job Description

The Primrose Centre itself acts as the Primary Provision for both permanently and preventative excluded children in Sandwell. We are very proud of the work we do at The Primrose Centre and it is essential we recruit a motivated individual who shares our vision and can join us on our journey.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Thrive Practitioner to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support the emotional and social development of students, utilizing the Thrive Approach to create a nurturing environment that fosters resilience and well-being. You will work closely with students, staff, and families to assess individual needs and implement tailored interventions that promote positive mental health and emotional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and experience in supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will be passionate about empowering students and helping them thrive both in and out of the classroom. If you are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people, we would love to hear from you!

Join us in our aim to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student can flourish.
