We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee our venue's ticketing operations. This role involves managing a team of Ticketing Assistants to ensure a first-class ticketing experience for guests and promoters. Your Responsibilities · You will be an inspirational leader to Supervise Ticketing Assistants, providing them with first-line support and ensuring effective office operations at all times. · You will ensure the customer is at heart of the business, you will ensure this by maintaining a high-quality customer service standards, ensuring calls are answered in accordance with current Service Level Agreements. · You will implement and ensure compliance with all company policies, statutory regulations, employment legislation. · You will respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and comments in person, by phone, and online in accordance with the company's Customer Concerns procedure. · You will be able to provide sales information and advice to promoters and venue colleagues as necessary.

· A proven track record of working in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, busy events venue setting. · Experience in leading a team · Proven track record of delivering excellent customer care. · Familiarity with Derby and regional entertainment offerings and venues. · Knowledge of CRM software knowledge,
