Ticketing Operations Associate

ATG Entertainment is proud to stand at the forefront of the live entertainment industry.

We operate iconic entertainment venues, produce world-class shows and provide industry-leading ticketing services. We sell tickets through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com and LOVEtheatre, and Group Line, our group sales business.

We're looking for a new member of ATG's Ticketing Operations team, based in our London Office on Shaftesbury Avenue. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person to learn how tickets are created and sold, working as part of a friendly and supportive team. Applications for temporary, permanent or internal secondment roles would be welcomed.

Our Operations team uses ATG's ticketing system to build events and performances and prepare them for sale. We do this for all ATG's UK venues, as well as for third-party venues that use our ticketing services. We work on a very varied range of shows, from comedy and music one-nighters to large-scale musical tours; all tickets and performances sold via atgtickets.com have been configured by our team. In this role you'll focus on ATG's UK regional venues, and events in third-party venues.

As well as Ticketing Operations, you'll work with a variety of teams including eCommerce, Regional Revenue Management, Marketing, Programming, Box Offices, Contact Centre, Finance, and external promoters and producers to ensure the events are created accurately and go on sale at the correct time. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in an internationally growing business and in a role that will give you exposure to a range of products and teams across the ATG network.

This role is ideal if you are interested in the technology behind the ticket sales experience. You'll enjoy working as part of a team and working to deadlines. It's ideal if you have some previous experience of working or volunteering on ticketed events - whether that's live entertainment, sports, or other venues using a ticketing or reservations system.

It's an advantage to have prior experience using an event ticketing system - we use AudienceView Unlimited - or similar ticketing systems, but this is not essential and detailed training will be provided by our experienced team.

We are a Disability Confident Committed Employer, which means that we are taking action to ensure that people with disabilities and long-term health conditions feel supported, engaged and able to fulfil their potential in the workplace. We will offer an interview or recruitment event to disabled candidates who tell us they wish to participate in the scheme and who demonstrate in their application that they best meet the essential criteria for the role. Where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, we will retain applications for the next available interview opportunity wherever possible.

If you'd like to discuss accessibility prior to applying, please review our job description where you will see a contact e mail address to request a confidential discussion.
