Full Job Description

Kew Gardens is a leading visitor attraction, welcoming millions of visitors a year.
This new role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors, from ticket purchase to entry. You will be part of the Visitor Operations Team which comprises commercial and visitor facing functions, driving revenue for Kew through admissions and events and delivering a world-class experience for visitors to the Gardens., We are looking for someone with proven experience in a ticketing, preferably within a visitor attraction or cultural institution. Assisting in the development and implementation of ticketing policies and procedures will also be a core part of the role. We are excited to see individuals who have a proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting ticketing operations both online and in person, providing excellent customer service and supporting event setups and sales. You will embody excellence in system and people management. You will be a team player who can manage conflicting priorities and work on your own initiative.

Person specification
This is a 1-yr fixed term position. It is based at Kew Gardens, with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
Interviews are due to commence during week commencing 9th September.

Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.
People working with government assets must complete baseline personnel security standard (opens in new window) checks.
