Full Job Description

The role of Tier 1 Support Analyst is all about assisting the channel by enabling partners and supporting end users on a helpdesk-to-helpdesk model This is an ISO 27001 accredited area of the business where we assist businesses with technical queries and issues. You will rotate across a 24/7 shift pattern, 4 days on / 2 days off (6am - 2pm, 10pm - 6am, 2pm - 10pm) within the Basingstoke office and will be given the opportunity to attend vendor training in areas such as Cybersecurity, Unified Communications/Audio Visual (Poly/HP) and Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure and 365 Modern Workplace). This role is a fantastic starting point for someone of a Graduate level within IT - particularly VoIP or network security - who is keen to learn and progress within the industry. Any experience within customer service would be beneficial to this role and the ability to commute to Exertis Basingstoke for all shift patterns is essential. We need your experience and knowledge of technology and
problem solving; you'll offer guidance and insight and take action.
