TIG Welder

The company specialises in Sheet metal fabrication the manufacturing industry of high-quality fabrication and welding. They have an exciting position for a welder fabricator to join their team. This position is well-suited to a someone who has previous welding fabricating experience, particularly using TIG and for the right person who is looking to join a well-established company with great opportunities Services we are looking for skilled/time served Fabricator/Welder Job Spec. Fabrication of Pressure and Bulk Storage Vessels (Stainless/Carbon) & Stainless Steel Support Structures The requirements are To provide a good standard of work to meet food hygiene standards Time served as a Fabricator and Welder Able to Tig/Mig Weld to a high standard. (Preferably coded) Able to polish stainless steel to a good standard would be an advantage Able to use a guillotine, press brake, rolls and other fabrication machines Ability to read and work to technical drawings Working as part of a team
where some site work may be required Manufacture Platforms and Skid Frames generally from Box Section Please forward Cv's to be contacted about this position

This position is based in the welding department and answers to the production manager.

Responsibilities:

• TIG Welding to a High Standard


• Working from detailed drawings to manufacture, weld and complete components


• Working with materials such as Mild steel, Stainless steel


• Completing projects within a deadline
  
  Tig Welding experience


• Able to read engineering drawings


• Welding and fabrication experience


• Excellent communication and team working skills as well as the ability to work independently
