Your role will involve curating the best content from the internet, negotiating content usage rights, and enhancing content to captivate TikTok's audience. Key Responsibilities

• You will focus on audience growth, cultivating our TikTok audiences organically, enhancing our reach and engagement.
• You will source content, seeking out content that resonates with various audience segments and aligns with our brand.
• You will enhance content, elevating sourced content through creative editing, adding meaningful enhancements.
• You will publish 1 minute video content across our TikTok channels.
• You will collaborate with the team to brainstorm, refine, and polish content, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
• You will deliver content efficiently, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality.
• You will continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics, using insights to optimise content strategies.
• You will stay on the cutting edge of TikTok trends and industry best practices.
  
  You will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for TikTok and an in-depth understanding of social media platforms.
