Full Job Description
If you're passionate about TikTok, have strong video editing skills, and a knack for understanding trends, this is the perfect role for you. As a TikTok Editor, you'll be at the forefront of our TikTok content team, responsible for sourcing, editing, and packaging engaging content for maximum impact on the platform. Your role will involve curating the best content from the internet, negotiating content usage rights, and enhancing content to captivate TikTok's audience. Key Responsibilities
- You will focus on audience growth, cultivating our TikTok audiences organically, enhancing our reach and engagement.
- You will source content, seeking out content that resonates with various audience segments and aligns with our brand.
- You will enhance content, elevating sourced content through creative editing, adding meaningful enhancements.
- You will publish 1 minute video content across our TikTok channels.
- You will collaborate with the team to brainstorm, refine, and polish content, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
- You will deliver content efficiently, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality.
- You will continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics, using insights to optimise content strategies.
- You will stay on the cutting edge of TikTok trends and industry best practices.
You will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for TikTok and an in-depth understanding of social media platforms. - You will need to exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
- You will need the ability to adapt and evolve strategies in response to changing trends and algorithms.
- You will need a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative work environment.
- You will need experience with video editing and production software is a plus.
