Full Job Description

GXO Logistics has an excellent opportunity for a Time & Attendance Specialist, to be based at our UK Head Office in Northampton. The working hours for this role would be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, offering hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. You will play a key role in the efficient workings of the Time & Attendance department supporting our sites across the UK. We manage multiple Time & Attendance (T&A) systems supporting the processing of payments for our weekly, lunar and a section of the monthly population. Once the data has been generated it is interfaced to an outsourced payroll provider for processing and final payment.,

  • Be responsible for fully configuring each of our sites in the T&A system, based on our site information documents
  • Support with new site set-ups and TUPE acquisitions across the business
  • Take responsible for SOX compliance - conducting site visits & auditing
  • Responsible for developing structured training plans focusing on different engagement methods
