Full Job Description
- Constant recognition that the value creation is "level 1" - First line support primary purpose is to support the front line teams.
- Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems.
- Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to "100 year fix" in real time.
- Process optimisation capability - to include process mapping.
- Basic level understanding of PLC and logic fault finding skills.
- Maintenance excellence / Asset care.
- Uses PMS to support prioritisation, problem solving and team engagement.
- Displays ownership by creating and delivering end to end site wastage initiatives.
- Continuous transfer of knowledge and best practice.
- Work with engineering & technicians to observe, recognise and report on process performance and improvement.
- Work closely with the effluent plant and the operatives, guiding them with best practise, optimising ETP processes, troubleshooting and operation expertise.
- Availability to receive emergency calls out of hours, to be able to provide remote support when in need.
- Ability to work alongside a continuous improvement team to achieve a universal goal, analysing; documenting and validating along the way.
The ideal candidate will have strong process background within a food manufacturing environment, a high level problem solving capability, the ability to process map and can collaboratively work with other internal stakeholders., Operational Excellence Overview and Waste Management. - All Dairy Technical Competency Workshops OR L3 Dairy Operator. Apprenticeship Process mapping.
- Basic logic / PLC fault finding.
- Six sigma.
- Operational Excellence Problem Solving.
- Knowledge of effluent treatment operations (preferred).
