Full Job Description
- Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency.
- Deliver high-level professional advice on employee relations, organisational change, job design, new ways of working, equality an diversity, retirement planning, redundancy and colleague development.
- Foster positive relationships with site union representatives.
- Participate in strategic projects, either leading or as part of a multi-functional team.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Utilise HR data to generate insights and recommend actionable strategies.
- Responsible for site compliance to the Muller Ethical Standard, legal and retailer ethical standards, and identifying and addressing internal risks and gaps.
- Support workforce planning, including organisation design and succession planning.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Identify and guide HR service improvement opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Expertise in employment law and HR metrics.
- Experience in workforce planning and development.
- Strong analytical thinking and project management skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and deliver training.
