To come in officer- Rheumatology

To be operationally responsible for the management of elective specialist Rheumatology admissions. Ensuring records are retrieved and prepared for the admission function. Delivering a quality and timely admissions service for patients admitted to Wrightington Hospital in line with the Trust Access Policy., Plan, organise and tailor specialist in-patient caseload for the consultant.

Analyse and gather diagnostics, pre-operative and any other information to support eligibility for admission.

Co-ordinate activities for assessment with the relevant clinical teams and conduct one-to-one meetings with consultant/Clinical teams to agree TCI operation lists.

Cover other Ward Duties when needed. Including reception cover and the advice and guidance telephone line cover.
