Full Job Description
- Be responsible for all new and existing tooling on site
- Ensure all types of extrusion tools are stripped, cleaned and assembled ready for production
- Ensure all new tooling is polished to a production standard
Basic Engineering background/knowledge - Basic knowledge/experience of metal polishing
- Previous use of polishing equipment
- Knowledge and experience of extrusion/hand tools an advantage but not essential
- Good communication skills and practical thinking
- Ability to keep pace, in a high-volume production environment
- Experience of working in a factory environment and working long shifts, on your feet
You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary of 29,484 per year - 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year
