Full Job Description
This 12 month industrial placement, starting in August 2025, is a great chance to take theory from university and put it into practice in a fast-paced environment. This provides a chance for real responsibility and hands-on experience in a challenging and diverse environment. Our Department: Total Customer Satisfaction We represent the Voice of the Customer. This means we listen to our Customers and translate what they are saying into a Quality strategy for the business. We ensure that our customers experience Top Nissan Quality in all aspects of their Nissan customer journey Day-to-day tasks are varied including TCS budget management, implementing strategies to make TCS a positive and productive place to work and preparing communications to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Other responsibilities will include preparation for, and facilitation of key quality milestone meetings and a key part to play in the implementation of Culture (DEI) initiatives across our regions.
- A highly motivated and results-oriented student studying a degree in Engineering, Technical or Business related disciplines.

- Competitive base salary at £21,587
- Remote Working Policy (maximum 2 days per week WFH)
- Flexible Working Options + 39 hours per week + Standard Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1:20pm + 2+/- flexible hour adjustments (Subject to manager approval)

Based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, NTCE (Nissan Technical Centre, Europe) is our UK Research and Development hub.
