Do you have a passion for sports? Enjoy travel or events? Our highly regarded Masterclass Sports Tours Brand is seeking a Tour Operator to join their Operations Team in Brighton.
With over 25 years' experience and taking over 3000 students on tour annually, we've seen how sport forges lasting friendships and instils a commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Operations manager and operating as part of the Masterclass Sports Tours operating team, this role will be responsible for coordinating seamless tour experiences for our customers. Our Masterclass festivals take place across the UK and Europe throughout the year, and you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of these events.

What you will be doing:
+ Work closely with the Tour Manager and administer their expectations from the moment a new tour is agreed, upon through to the post-tour follow up by taking full ownership of the tour's delivery and outcomes.
+ Plan detailed and sophisticated itineraries for festival events, multi-centre, short and ours
+ Ensure all final itinerary details are prepared and given to the group at least 4 weeks in advance of travel
+ Leading our Masterclass festivals at one of our key European destinations for up to two weeks at a time, 3 times a year.
+ Organise and manage a team of reps and coaching staff to deliver a flawless tour experience for customers.
+ Use our existing contacts or source new accommodation, excursions & other tour elements.
+ Attending interim meetings over the pre-tour period to develop the tour.
+ Work with overseas suppliers and internal staff to ensure that all Health & Safety Audit requirements are complete and accurate
+ Responsible for checking & authorising payments to suppliers, working within the tour budget.
+ Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that Tour requests are handed over accurately and with other departments to maintain credit control with both internal and external customers.
+ To occasionally be part of the internal on-call rota system.

+ Passion for or interest in sports or travel.
+ Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
+ Excellent communicator coupled with the ability to deal directly with our customers and suppliers by email & phone in a professional manner.
+ High level of numeracy and accuracy ensuring attention to detail.
+ Strive to provide an excellent service to the client and all internal departments.
