Tour Product Owner

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Tour Product Owner to join our Destination Experience Team at our Ipswich Head Office on a Maternity Cover contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the shore excursion offerings, ensuring they reflect our brand values, meet diverse guest needs, and drive revenue. You will oversee all aspects of the tour program from beginning to end, creating unique and memorable excursions that enhance the overall cruise experience.

The world is a mix of different cultures, natural wonders, sights and adventures all waiting for our guests to explore and experience. Our Destination Experiences Team pride themselves on understanding different locations and working with our local tour providers to tailor make tour programmes that suit the interests of our guests and showcase the very best that the destinations have to offer.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about travel, collaborates well with team members and local suppliers, and actively seeking to improve the tour product to provide guests with memorable tours that enhance their holiday experience. To be successful in this position you will need to be organised with excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage your time effectively to successfully meet deadlines.

Experience within the travel industry would be desirable however is not essential, we are keen to hear from candidates who have experience in managing relationships effectively and proven experience of delivering excellent customer satisfaction whilst achieving high financial returns.

This is a Full-Time Maternity Cover role working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm). This position will be based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) and will have the exciting opportunity of travelling to different destinations to conduct Site Inspections with Local Tour Providers and support with escorting Tours. Due to this, it is essential for the successful candidate to hold a full UK Driving Licence.
