Full Job Description

Are you passionate about pints being served to perfection? Do you take pride in meticulously maintaining and installing dispensing equipment, for a beer's journey from cask to glass?

We have an opportunity that requires you to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and navigate unique cellars to ensure service and quality expectations are met safely.,

  • Attend to and complete all service, installation and removal calls within our Service Level Agreements

  • Maintain accurate stock records and supplies to deliver excellent service to our customers

  • Compliance with HMRC, H&S and NCCSIM regulations and codes of practice

  • Work safely at all times including regular vehicle inspections

  • Complete regular surveys for new and existing installations

  • Participation of duty weekend and bank holiday cover as required with a reasonable level of overtime to be expected

  • Fulfilling any other duties that may be required

    Ability to complete all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Technical Services and Hospitality industry

  • Conscientious professional with a strong commitment to safety and service

  • Friendly and approachable with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Diligent with strong attention to detail and accuracy to complete paperwork in an efficient and timely manner

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) and data analytical skills

  • Organised to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment effectively

  • A UK driving license is essential

    Our Trade Quality Services Technician's are the unsung heroes of our customer's experience, working under bars to install, fix, maintain and remove all of our dispensing equipment for a seamless drink. Whether engaging with our stakeholders in our Managed or Tenanted pubs, with our 100s of product partners across the UK or on the bars we have onsite at The Brewery, this role plays a key part in the quality of our products., Britain's oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame, has been based in the market town of Faversham, Kent for over 300 years. An independent family business, we boast an award-winning visitor centre and more than 300 pubs and hotels throughout London and the South East, from the historic heart of the City to the Kent coastline. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our Brewery and Support Office.
