Full Job Description

Provide support to fee earners on the day-to-day activities of our busy trade mark team, assisting with:

  • Reviewing and saving UKIPO/Registry communications

  • Docketing, monitoring and managing deadlines and reminders

  • Producing standard reporting emails and letters

  • Producing trade mark reports

  • Filing registry forms

  • Assisting with evidence and research

  • Reviewing watch notifications

  • Renewal and recordal management

  • Cross-checking data

  • Trade Mark and Design data-entry and updating database

  • Liaising with clients, internal colleagues and foreign agents

  • New client on-boarding including engagement letters, KYC and opening new matters

  • Invoicing, including recording disbursements

    1 year's experience in a similar Trade Mark Administrator/ Formalities role.

  • Knowledge of WebTMS is preferrable and it's our preference that you have gained experience in a Trade Mark department of a law firm or trade mark attorneys' office.

  • Experience of diary management, monitoring of deadlines, excellent IT skills (including Word & Excel) and organisational skills.

  • The role is office based in Central London, with some flexibility to work from home from time to time. We will consider part time for the right candidate.
