Trainee

Collecting Screens from Screen Department

- Collect Inks from Ink Department for Sample Printers

- Set up and take down screen printing equipment, manual carousel presses

- Load and unload garments or other items onto the printing press

- Ensure accurate registration of screens and maintain proper ink consistency when printing

- Monitor print quality to ensure adherence to design specifications

- Troubleshoot any issues with the printing process, such as ink smudging or misalignment

- Clean and maintain equipment, including screens, squeegees

- Collaborate with the Art Room

- Collect blank T-Shirts ready for printing from stock/good In

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

- Excellent communication skills with GCSE Level English, Reading and Writing,

• GCSE or equivalent (required)
