Are you an advanced nurse/clinical practitioner looking for a new challenge???
We have an exciting opportunity for a Advanced Nurse /Clinical Practitione r to join our evolving Acute Medicine team working within our Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Unit and supporting the McGill Acute Assessment Unit at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital Winchester.
SDEC is the provision of same day care for emergency patients who would otherwise be admitted to hospital. SDEC services treat a wide range of conditions including headaches, pulmonary embolus, cellulitis to mention just a few.

UTILISING EXPERT KNOWLEDGE BASE AND CLINICAL SKILLS, YOU WILL:

Help provide a safe and efficient service to ambulatory medical patients.
Acting within your role and organisational boundaries your duties will include initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing and evaluation of care.

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team of 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Acute Physician Consultant team.
Applicants should have the ability to work both independently and autonomously as well as part of a team.
