The Medical SDEC team are excited to announce an opportunity to support a Trainee ACP through the whole masters pathway journey. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical SDEC Trainee ACP to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, same-day emergency care to our patients. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced medical environment. SDEC is the provision of same day care for emergency patients who would otherwise be admitted to hospital. SDEC services treat a wide range of conditions including headaches, pulmonary embolus, cellulitis to mention just a few. Utilising expert knowledge base and clinical skills, you will:

  • Help provide a safe and efficient service to ambulatory medical patients.
  • Acting within your role and organisational boundaries your duties will include initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing and evaluation of care.

    We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team of 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Acute Physician Consultant team.
