Manage and support a team of carers.
Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
Know how to use: Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
Promote the business through events, workshops, and social media.
Step in to cover shifts when carers cancel last minute.
Book venues and organize training sessions for staff.
Work collaboratively with management to ensure smooth operations.
